{"id":2065,"date":"2017-10-24T14:50:39","date_gmt":"2017-10-24T13:50:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spup.t-1.hosthound.nl\/?post_type=product&#038;p=2065"},"modified":"2018-02-08T18:23:23","modified_gmt":"2018-02-08T17:23:23","slug":"team-conversation-workshop-2","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/spup.nl\/en\/product\/team-conversation-workshop-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Team dialogue intervision"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>What<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An intervision process in which the leadership team, guided by an experienced facilitator, learns to recognize and strengthen the effectiveness of team conversations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Substandard team conversations can have far-reaching consequences such as insufficient attention for opportunities and risks, undermining of team-cohesion and a negative influence on the quality of the conversations elsewhere in the organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key insight<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Every team is vulnerable to emerging patterns in conversations and the creeping in of various forms of <em>bias<\/em>. Subconscious processes such as group-think may result in premature consensus. By consciously handling conversational patterns and situations, the effectiveness of team conversations can be strengthened in a sustainable way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On the basis of a preceding diagnosis the team examines which patterns occur in conversations, how effective these patterns are and how the effectiveness of conversations can be enhanced. In periodic follow-up sessions the learning and change process is deepened and perpetuated.
